Joseph Lee Stein, Sr.

Joseph Lee Stein, Sr., 36, of Westminster, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Born November 1, 1986, he was the son of Joseph Edward Stein, Jr. and Donna Lynn Stein, nee Ashbrook. He was the loving father to son, Joseph “Ash” Lee Stein, Jr. and daughter, the late Cheyenne Eileen Michelle Stein, who passed in 2008.

He was a mechanic in the automotive industry for 10 years. He enjoyed fishing, drag racing, fixing cars up and modifying them, and cooking.

In addition to his parents and son, he is survived by sisters, Crystal Lynn Stein and Jody Marie Stein; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the Meadow Branch Church of the Brethren, 818 Old Taneytown Road, Westminster, MD 21158. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2 p.m. with light refreshments to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joseph's name to Mulligan Recovery Center, 117 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157.
