John Roger Moser, age 82, formerly of Westminster, died Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at the Pleasant View Nursing Home in Mt. Airy, MD.
Born November 20, 1926 in Keysville, MD, he was the son of the late John Herbert and Elizabeth A. (Rigler) Moser.
He is survived by a brother, Donald E. Moser of Emmitsburg, and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Claude H. Moser.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 210 W. Main Street, Emmitsburg MD, with the Rev. Judith Kelly of Tom’s Creek U.M. Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Keysville Union Cemetery, Keysville, MD. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
