Jocelyn Pearl Megee

Jocelyn Pearl Megee, age 22 of Fairfield, PA died Thursday, August 8, 2024, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near her home. Born June 23, 2002, in Hagerstown, MD she was the daughter of Jason Allen and Heather Christine (Leppo) Megee.

Jocelyn was on her way home from taking her exams to be a professional dog groomer the evening of her death. Animals were her world. She had a horse named Mick, and 3 dogs, Cora, Tucker and Chili who will all miss her love and care. She loved her little brothers, sometimes taking them for rides on her horse, Mick.

Besides her parents she is survived by her brothers, Greyson and Gabe Megee; Aunts, Stephanie and husband Shawn Harbaugh, Jennifer and husband Mikey Wisner all of Fairfield, PA; Uncle, Jimmy Leppo and companion Jill Killian of Scranton, PA; cousins Courtney Harbaugh, Jared and Riley Wisner, Lindsey, Leah and Lauren Leppo. She will also be sorely missed by her boyfriend, Billy Brown,

She was predeceased by her cousin, Scott Harbaugh in 2007.

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Friday, August 16, 2024, at 210 W. Main Street, Emmitsburg, MD 21727 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Emmitsburg Memorial Cemetery.
