Jo Ann Wisner, 58, of McSherrystown, PA, died early Saturday morning, December 27, 2014 at her home.
Born March 5, 1956 in Baltimore City, she was the daughter of the late Desmond and Mary Josephine Lyon. She was the wife of Perry L. Wisner, her husband of 18 years.
Jo Ann was a member of the Church of God, A World-Wide Association in York, PA. She was formerly a daycare provider in Westminster and was an avid animal lover.
Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters, Jennifer R. Heuchert of North Carolina, Mary Jo DuVall of Littlestown, PA and Susan Shinners and husband, Chris of Mt. Union, PA; Siblings, Bonnie Rudisill and husband, Steven, of Littlestown, PA, Duane Davis of Taneytown, Hallie A. Kociemba of New Oxford, PA and D. Jennette Chapie of St. Louis, MO; Brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul and Laurel Wisner of Westminster; grandchildren, William C. DuVall, Ella and Jaeda Heuchert and Taylor Jo Simpson and step-father, Don Stichick of West Springfield, PA.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster, with her pastor, Tim Waddle, officiating.
