Jesse Thomas Parrish, 31, of Taneytown died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at his home in Taneytown.
Born August 28, 1979 in Westminster, Maryland he was the son of Joseph Thomas Parrish of Gettysburg and Jenny Lee (Handy) Haney of North Carolina. He was the step-son of Patty Parrish of Gettysburg.
Jesse worked as a carpenter and contractor with Another Dimension Framing, Inc. of Manchester, MD. He was raised by his grandparents Maurice and Janet Parrish. He enjoyed fishing, golf, watching sports and spending time with his nieces.
Surviving in addition to his parents are grandmother, Janet Parrish of Taneytown; brother, James Maurice Parrish and wife Victoria of Gettysburg; and nieces, Isabell and Madalyn Parrish.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 136 East Baltimore St., Taneytown with Deacon Charles E. Barnhart, Jr. officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
