Jennie M. Musani, age 92, of Mt. Airy, died Sunday February 21, 2010 at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Mt. Airy, MD. She was born November 18, 1917 in Masontown, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Raffaele and Maria Guglielmi Musani. She worked in cosmetic sales and was a former press secretary for John L. Lewis in the Coal Mine Union. She enjoyed singing.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by six sisters and one brother.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, 12:00 noon at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 4001 Yuma Street NW, Washington DC with Msgr. Godfrey Mosley as celebrant. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring.
The family will receive friends Thursday 10:30 AM until time of service at the church.
