Jean Frances (Jacobi) Demuth

Jean Frances (Jacobi) DeMuth, 94, peacefully entered the Lord's embrace in the presence of her family on June 28, 2024. She was born in Baltimore to James and Bernadine (Yakel) Jacobi, and lived in Maryland for her entire life.

She had a lifelong love of drawing and painting, and created uncounted works of art for friends, family and patrons.

She was preceded in death by her husband Albert DeMuth, her son Michael, and her sister Bernadine (Jacobi) McCubbin. She is survived by her son Donald and daughter-in-law Nancy; her son Paul; her daughter Carol and son-in-law Larry; her grandchildren Jami, Jessi, Laura and Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She will be interred at Lakeview Memorial Park in a private ceremony. Arrangements have been entrusted to Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, P.A., Taneytown.
