Jacqueline "Jackie" Mills

Jacqueline “Jackie” Mills, 70, of Westminster, Maryland, died peacefully on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at her home.

Born February 24, 1950 in Rawlings, Alleghany County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Roy Franklin Mills and Virginia Violet (Lease) Mills.

Jackie worked at various jobs thru out her career.  She worked as a caretaker for the elderly and handicap clients with ARC of Carroll County, and with the transportation department for CHANGE, Inc. in Westminster.  She worked for English American as a presser for several years, and most recently worked as a “sandwich expert” alongside her sister Tina at Tina’s Deli in Westminster.  She was known for her delicious chicken salad and turkey clubs.  She loved her pets especially her dog “Hunter” and cat “MooMoo”.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Surviving are daughter, Katherine L. Hill and husband Rodney of Clinton, Arkansas; son, Richard W. Shuck of Westminster; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Rae Morgan of PA, Karen Mills of Westminster, Pamela Banks of Harney, and Tina Mawhinney and husband Rick of Westminster; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Services will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Westminster.
