Inez Lucas Schwent, age 90, of McDonough, Georgia died on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at the Long View Nursing Home in Manchester, Maryland.
Born October 18, 1919 in Butts Co., Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Lucille (Loften) Allen. She was predeceased by husbands, Emmit Owens, Eugene Lucas, and John Schwent.
Surviving are son, Allen Lee Lucas and wife Susan of Westminster, MD; grandchildren, Trent Goggans, Heather DeRojas, Audi Lucas, Nathan Lucas, and Jessica Lucas Bullock; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; sister, Helen Nail of Tenn.; brother, Morris Allen of GA; and beloved friend, Carl Mulligan of GA.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Charlotte (Owens) Goggans and by sister, Jewel Dennis.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Bethany Baptist Cemetery, Bethany Rd., McDonough, GA with Deacon Danny Brown officiating.
