Huldah V. “Peggy” Rickle age 91 of Westminster died Monday December 10, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Westminster. She was born June 1, 1921 in Westminster, daughter of the late George and Sarah “Jennie” Jones Young. She was a 1940 graduate of Westminster High School and before retirement, Peggy worked as a secretary for the State of Maryland.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Friday December 14, 2012 in Taylorsville United Methodist Cemetery, 4356 Ridge Road, Mt. Airy, MD 21771.
Memorial contributions may be made to Maryland School for the Blind, 3501 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21236.
