Herbert L. Poole, age 68, of Westminster, Maryland, died peacefully, on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at his home.
Born January 16, 1947 in Westminster, Maryland, he was the son of the late Maurice H. and Laura P. (Dellinger) Poole.
He worked for a time at Cambridge Rubber Co., and later as a dishwasher at Cactus Willies and Legends Café in Westminster.
Surviving are a sister, Martha E. Poole; brothers, Maurice F. Poole and wife Predita, and Nathan H. Poole all of Westminster; nieces, Helen May of Morgantown, W.VA, and Kathy Beacham of Westminster; great-nephews, Joey Goss of Morgantown, W.VA, and Nathan Beacham of Westminster; great-niece, Amanda Beacham of Westminster. He was predeceased by a brother, William “Bill” L. Poole in 2010.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 30, 2015 from the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis St, Westminster, MD. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery in Gamber.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 PM.
