Henry was a mechanic with the Sweetheart Cup Company in Owings Mills for many years. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in Viet Nam during the Viet Nam War. He was a member of American Legion Post 116 in Reisterstown. He enjoyed watching NASCAR races and was a fan of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
He is survived by friend and long-time companion, Vonnie DeGroft of Taneytown. He is also remembered by extended family, Stacey Crunkilton of NC, and Ron, Brittany, and Brandi Shelton of Westminster. He was predeceased by brother, Kermit Lowery.
Funeral services are private. Interment will be at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills. Arrangements have been entrusted to Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Taneytown, MD.
