George Steven “Steve” Hann, age 54 of Taneytown, died Tuesday March 2, 2010 at York Hospital. He was born March 25, 1955 in Gettysburg, PA the son of the late George L. and Helen T. Bowers Hann. He was the husband of Dorothy Lowman Hann. He worked as a deli manager for A. Litteri, Inc. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Taneytown.
In addition to his wife he is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Mary Hann of East Berlin, PA, Cory and Nelma Hann of Littlestown, PA and daughter, Jill Hann of Taneytown; sister, Vonnie Degroft of Taneytown; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Debbie and Dennis Dull of Littlestown, PA; grandchildren, Hayden, Conner, Breanna and Lily.
A prayer service will be held Saturday 10:00 A.M. at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 136 E. Baltimore Street, Taneytown with Msgr. Martin E. Feild officiating. Interment will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM at the funeral
