Francis “Frank” Patrick Brennan, 68, of Westminster, Maryland died on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family after a battle with Lewy Body Dementia.
Born on August 7, 1952, he was the son of the late Francis E. and Kathleen R. (Kearney) Brennan. He was the loving and devoted husband of 45 years to Cynthia “Cindy” Louise Brennan.
Frank worked as an explosive technician for over 34 years, working with various construction blasting specialty companies. He was happiest spending time outdoors, hiking and visiting the beach along with his children and grandchildren. He was a true handyman and enjoyed working around his home. He always enjoyed spending special time with his dear grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife Cindy are daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Laun and husband Christopher of Idlewylde, MD; son, Keith Devlin Brennan and wife Melanie of Manchester, MD; grandchildren, Conall, Alice, Cormac, Chloe; brothers, John Brennan and wife Judy of Mt. Airy and James Brennan of Baltimore; sister, Kathleen Woodruff of White Hall; brother-in-law, Jeffrey Waterfield of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews.
The family also wishes to express its thanks to the many caregivers at Carroll Hospice, especially Corrin, Victoria and Chloe.
There will be no services at this time, the family hopes to have a celebration of life at a later date. Please remember Frank with photos and memories to be shared with the family at (forFrankBrennan@gmail.com). Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Westminster.
