Florence C. Hays, age 100 died December 20, 2010 in Washington D.C. She was born December 10, 1910 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late S. Guy and Lena M. Hulse Carleton. She was retired from the Department of Agriculture. She was the wife of the late Harry W. Hays.
A graveside service will be held Saturday January 22, 2011, 12 noon, in Emmitsburg Memorial Cemetery in Emmitsburg, MD.
