Evelyn Magdelan Mayhew, 85, of Taneytown, Maryland died Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Country Companions Assisted Living near Taneytown. Born February 9, 1929 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Victoria Oldewurtel Napfel. Surviving are three children: son, William Mayhew of Texas, and daughters, Karen Stonesifer and husband Klaire of Taneytown, and Linda Rand of Fort Myers, FL.
