Dorothy E. Tracey, age 82, of Gettysburg, PA., formerly of Westminster, died Sunday August 2, 2009 at her home. She was born April 26, 1927 in Westminster, the daughter of the late Gloyd and Mary Buckingham Zendgraft. She was the wife of the late Joseph Greenwood, Edward Crushong, Joseph Martin and Thomas Tracey. Before retirement she worked at Tracey’s Sportswear in Finksburg. She was a caregiver for many family and friends.
She is survived by daughters, Dorothy Long and husband Ronald of Gettysburg, Shirley Stephan of Westminster and Bonnie Green and husband Richard of Westminster; brother, Stuart Zendgraft of Westminster; also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her infant daughter, Melody Martin, four brothers and five sisters.
A funeral service will be held Thursday 11:00 A.M. at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
The family will receive friends Wednesday 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
