Dorothy Louise Lippy, age 89 of Westminster died Wednesday February 9, 2011 at Carroll Hospital Center. She was born February 16, 1921 in Westminster the daughter of the late Nellie Irene Lippy. She worked as a bookkeeper for Beacon Steel in Westminster for over 45 years and retired in 1984.
She is survived by a number of cousins
A funeral service will be held Monday 11:00 A.M. at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster with Rev. Dahl Drenning, Associate Chaplain of Carroll Lutheran Village officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Benjamin’s (Kriders) Lutheran Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday 2:00 to 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
