Donald Eugene Perry, age 49, of Emmitsburg died Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at his home. Born April 13, 1960 in Gettysburg, PA he was the son of the late William John and Dorothy Elizabeth (Wiekert)Perry.
He worked as an installer for various flooring companies. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and was a NASCAR racing fan. His favorite driver was Kasey Kahne.
Surviving are his daughter, Kaitlyn Perry of Emmitsburg; sister, Donna Shriner of Emmitsburg and half-sister, Judy Brown & husband, Maurice of Fairfield, PA.
The family will receive friends Monday, August 24, 2009 from 11am to 1pm at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 210 West Main St., Emmitsburg, MD. A graveside service and inurnment will follow at 1pm at Emmitsburg Memorial Cemetery.
