Dennis Ray Foster

Dennis R. Foster, 68, of Reisterstown, Maryland, died on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster.

Born on June 11, 1948 in Princeton, Indiana he was the son of the late William “Bill” Gene Foster and Betty (Dilbeck) Meek.  He was the loving husband of 40 years to Abby Bare Foster.

Dennis was president and owner of Dennis R. Foster and Associates, then part-owner with American Turf Equipment Co., and currently was co-owner and vice-president of Summit Turf Equipment Co.  He was an avid runner and had run in several marathons.  Dennis always enjoyed watching sporting events and spending time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his wife are brothers, Donnie Foster and wife Lisa of Haubstadt, IN, and Darrel Russelburg and wife Donna of Evansville, IN; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family from Indiana; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Kim Bare of Reisterstown; nieces and nephews-in-law, Lyndsay Kuzmak and husband Steve, Daniel Bare and wife Kelly, Zach Bare, and Kelly Bare.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 20, 2017 at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis St., Westminster with Rev. David R. Bare officiating.  Private interment will follow in Meadow Branch Cemetery in Westminster.  The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
