Debra “Nonni” Perry, 61, of Bel Air, Maryland died Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born March 4, 1954 in Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late George and Sue (Miller) Ford. She was the wife of the late Carl Perry, her high school sweetheart, to whom she was married for 10 years.
Deb was a homemaker. She was a veteran of the United States Army, where she served as a dental assistant. She enjoyed going to her ocean, being with her “stupid dog” Junior, and collecting strays. She lived to be with her grandbabies.
Surviving are daughters, Tiffany Williams, Miranda Sturdivant and husband Chris, and Katrina Briggs and husband Chris; their father, Randy Smith; grandchildren, Michaella, Penelope, Abbie, Mason, Gianna, and Casen; brother-in-law, David Tibbetts; and three nieces, Amy Jean, Dawn Marie, and April May. She was predeceased by sisters, Colleen Tibbetts and Sheri Lehman; grandson, Joey Ward; and nephew, Kyle Landon.
A memorial service to celebrate Deb’s life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2015 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
