Debra V. Brady, 64, of York, PA and formerly of Glen Burnie, MD, died on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at York Hospital just one day shy of her 65th birthday. Born on New Year’s Eve in 1952, she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Beulah Mae (Gaddy) Truslow. She was the wife of Richard Allen “Rich” Brady, to whom she was married for 31 years.
Deb enjoyed riding her motorcycle, going to yard sales, crocheting and doing needlepoint. She loved getting dressed up for special occasions. Her wedding ceremony was held on the Super Loop carnival ride 62 ½ feet in the air while hanging upside down.
Surviving, in addition to her husband Rich, are her daughter, Christine Evette Hayes and husband Charles of Salisbury, NC; brothers, William Truslow of Glen Burnie, MD, and George Truslow and wife Darlene of Front Royal, VA; sisters, Doris Dohler and husband Vince of Camden, DE, and Joann Thomas and husband Keith of Ellisville, MO; grandchildren, Alyssa, Emily, Natalie and CJ; great-grandson, Spencer; and many nieces and nephews.
Services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Westminster, MD.
