David Few

David Few, affectionately known as Dave, passed away on February 12, 2025, in Westminster at Carroll Hospital Maryland, at the young age of 62. 

Born on December 25, 1962, Dave spent his life dedicated to his family and hard work. He was a truck driver for most of his career. His early years were spent on a farm, working alongside his father milking cows—an experience that shaped his deep appreciation for home and family. In the end, he will be returned to the place he always longed to go back to. 

Dave cherished his daughter Sarah Few and his grandson Roland Few-Anderson above all else. He lived with Sarah, her fiancée Brian Anderson, and his grandson Roland. Dave and Roland have been together since the day he was born, creating a special bond with him. Pappy and Peanut. His love for his family was unwavering.

He is survived by his daughters Sarah Few, Fiancée Brian Anderson and their son Roland Few-Anderson; Rebecca McConnell and her son Kamren McConnell; sisters JoAnn Kaetzel; Donna McDonnell; Kay McKenzie; Penny Southard and brother in law Leo McKenzie as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Nellie and Roland Few, along with Barbara Bayer, William “Bill” Kirk, Kim Liquori, Art Kaetzel, Larry Jarvis, and Bruce McDonnell.

Dave will be deeply missed by those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to all who loved him.
