Darryl Glenn Hale of Taneytown, Maryland passed away suddenly at home on April 1, 2025 after a brief illness.

Darryl was born on February 17th, 1967, in Hanover, PA. He was the Director of Planning and Zoning and Code Enforcement for the City of Taneytown, MD. Prior to his current employment, Darryl worked in the HVAC industry for over 25 years.

He cherished the relationships he built over the years and never met a stranger.

He was a member of Monocacy Lodge A.F. & A.M. #203 and a member of the American Legion Post #120. He was an avid Washington Redskins / Commanders fan, even when they lost.
