Daniel Wayne “Danny” King, Sr., 55, of Westminster, died Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born February 3, 1961 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Virgil Cleveland and Elaine (Dimler) King.
Danny worked for several years as a painter for Mike Rose Painting in Westminster. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter Alyssa, listening to classic rock music, walking, and being outdoors. He was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan.
Surviving him are his children, Stephanie King of Baltimore; and Daniel King, Jr. and companion Samantha Reichert of Hampstead; brother, Virgil “Buddy” King and wife Sharon of Baltimore; sisters, Tina Rogers and husband Donnie of Virginia, Linda Cramer of Baltimore, and Lisa King and companion Jeff Cain of Westminster; and his granddaughter, Alyssa King. He was predeceased by his life companion and mother of his children, Patricia Reyes.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
Contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
