Charles A. Morsberger, age 88, died Wednesday January 2, 2013 at his home in Ellicott City, MD. He was born October 12, 1924 in Baltimore, son of the late Arthur and Eva Reitz Morsberger. He was the husband of the late Ann Haines Morsberger. Charles was an Army veteran of World War II. Before retirement he worked as a meat manager for the A&P Supermarket.
He is survived by children, Charles Morsberger, Ann Renee Lindsey and Kimberly Pickett; also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by siblings, Katherine Harig, Doris McClain and Ethel Zepp.
A funeral service will be held 3:30 pm Sunday January 6, 2013 at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville with Rev. Jimmie L. Schwartz, Chaplain of Carroll Lutheran Village, officiating.
The family will receive friends Sunday 1:00 pm until time of the service at the funeral home
Interment at a later date in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville.
