Charles Levine Carbaugh Jr.

Charles Levine Carbaugh Jr., 91, of Keymar, MD, passed on Monday, May 14, 2024 at BridgingLife in Westminster. Born February 20, 1933 in Middleburg, he was the son of the late Mary Evelyn Albaugh and Charles Levine Carbaugh Sr. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 65 years, Judith Ann Carbaugh, nee Smiley.

Charles was an Army veteran, and formerly worked for Lehigh concrete. When not spending his days outdoors, especially fishing, Charles could often be found playing solitaire, and watching his favorite show, “Ancient Aliens”.

He is survived by children, Suzanne Keen and husband Virgil, and Chuck Carbaugh III and wife Ann; grandchildren, Heidi Reilly and husband Aaron, Emily Carbaugh, and Virgil Keen; great grandchildren, Caleb, Easton, and Liam; and brother, John D. Carbaugh. He was predeceased by siblings; Ruth Black, and Luther Carbaugh.
