She leaves behind four children, Sue (John Mike Myers), Chris (Greg Kane), Julie (Richard Devilbiss), and Andy (Bobbie) Wilhide; brothers, Jim (Anne) Seibert, and Paul (Sherry) Seibert; sisters-in-law, Dena Seibert, Sally Seibert, Barbara Seibert, and Jackie Wilson; brother-in-law, Rodney Saloom; 16 grandchildren, Jenna (Justin Shriver), Nikki (Garrett Martin), Faith (fiance’ John Longenecker),  Sarah, Nathan and Evan Myers,  Grace, Doori, and Declan Kane, Samantha and Jessica Devilbiss,  Maddie, Mackenzie, John, Josie and Meredithe Wilhide; 5 great-grandchildren, Noah, Caleb, and Joanna Shriver, and Melody and Adaline Martin; and many nieces and nephews.  She was looking forward to her 6th great-grandchild, due in June,   She will also be fondly remembered by Richard Wilhide.  She was preceeded in death by sister, Mariann Saloom; brothers, Tim and John Seibert; and grandchildren, Hope Yvonne Myers and Isabelle Rose Wilhide.

We wish to express our deepest gratitude to the staff of Transitions Health Care at Oakland Manor, in Sykesville for the excellent care Mom received during the time she was part of their family.

At Cassie’s request, there will be no viewing or service.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In keeping with the life that she lived, she donated her body for medical research in hopes of helping others with Multiple Sclerosis.  Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Taneytown, MD is assisting the family with arrangements.
