Brittany Ellen Livesay

October 1, 1998 — October 17, 2017

Brittany Ellen Livesay, 19, of Union Bridge, Maryland, died suddenly as a result of a tragic automobile accident on Rt. 31 near New Windsor on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.  Also tragically killed in the accident along with Brittany and her unborn child were her boyfriend, Kirk Callis; and friend, Breanna Evans.

Brittany was born on October 1, 1998 in Westminster, Maryland, and was the daughter of Toby and Lauren (Bosley) Livesay of Union Bridge.

Brittany was a graduate of Francis Scott Key High School Class of 2016, and was just recently employed at Lorien Taneytown as a waitress.  She loved animals of all kinds, especially horses.

Surviving her in addition to her parents are brothers, Michael Livesay of Chambersburg, PA, and Joshua Scott of Westminster; sister, Morgan Blankenship of Lovettsville, VA; nephews and nieces, Destrian Livesay, Violyt Livesay, Brooklyn Blankenship, and Caleb Cox; maternal grandmother, Barbara Bosley of Union Bridge.

She was predeceased by paternal grandmother, Dora Ellen Livesay.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of a funeral service at 4:00 p.m. at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown with Pastor Anne C. Durboraw officiating.  Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist them with final expenses.
