Billie Joe Garland, age 48 of Westminster died Monday December 17, 2012
at Carroll Hospital Center. She was born July 28, 1964 in Baltimore, daughter of the late Robert and Bertha Weaver Jensen. She was the wife of Clarence Ray Garland, Jr.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by children, Isaiah Sams, Angel Sams, Kimberly Jensen all of Elkridge and Donald Jensen and wife, Haley of Sykesville; siblings, Robin Voland and Peggy Jensen, both of Westminster, Robert Jensen, Jr. of West Virginia and Patricia Horner of Dundalk; grandchildren, Terrance and Miranda; nephew, Robert Jensen.
Services and interment will be private.
Arrangements are by the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
