Beverly Ann Greenholtz, age 60, of Silver Run, Maryland, died following an extended illness on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at her home.
Born December 27, 1948 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth S. and Mary E. (Eyler) Hawk. She was the wife of Arthur W. Greenholtz, Jr.
Beverly was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Taneytown, and loved to play BINGO.
Surviving in addition to her husband are son, Arthur W. Greenholtz, III of Silver Run, a step-son, Steven L. Greenholtz of Frederick, brother, John Hawk of Carroll Valley, PA, sister, Doris Miller of PA, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 23, 2009 at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown with the Rev. Charles Frederick, interim pastor officiating. Interment will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Taneytown. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
