Barbara retired as a legal secretary after over 30 years with the law firm of Ober & Kaler. She grew up and spent most of her life in Catonsville prior to coming to Carroll County. She loved antiques, gardening, and was an avid reader.
Surviving are daughters, Jen Wolfarth and husband Gordon of Westminster, Joyce Burnett and fiancée Greg Yeager of Florence, Kentucky, and Julie Whitehair and husband Joe of Frederick; and grandchildren, Sarah and Brandon Burnett.
A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave, Westminster, MD, 21157.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
