Arlene L. “Eeney” Logue, 84, of Westminster, died Monday morning, December 21, 2015 at Carroll Lutheran Village Healthcare Center.
Born April 19, 1931 in Finksburg, she was the daughter of the late Claude A. and Hattie Spencer Leister. She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” L. Logue.
Eeney worked for the Carroll County Times as Circulation Manager and then worked for a number of years with Stem’s Printing. She was a life-long member of Carrollton Church of God, where she had been a Sunday School teacher, youth leader and volunteered in many other capacities. She loved to crochet, making many gifts for her loved ones.
Surviving her in addition to her husband is a daughter, Linda L. Logue of Bowling Green, OH; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a still-born daughter and an infant son, Mark William Logue; and sisters, Mildred Keefer, Margaret Martin, Dorothy “Punn” Leese, Ruth Feeser, and twin sister, Shirley Bond.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 PM on Wednesday, December 23rd at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster, with Pastors James Moss, Sr. and Dave Meador officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 until the time of the service.
