Anne Marie Bell, 67, of Taneytown, Maryland, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on October 25, 1949 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Forrest P. and Emily M. (Lemire) Ricketts.
She was retired as a customer service representative and manager with Ferrellgas in Taneytown and Eagle Oil Company in Westminster. She was an active member of the Littlestown Eagles ladies auxiliary, Taneytown American Legion, and the Harney VFW. Anne enjoyed horses, blue grass music, gardening, and her many pets.
Surviving her are children, Kimberly Bell Bowie and husband Jason of Westminster, Joseph P. Bell and wife Jackie of Sneads Ferry, N.C., and Kathy L. Miller of Taneytown; grandchildren, Shannon Keeney, Mike and Nick Vosburgh, Riley and Colin Bell; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Morgan, Kendall, and Wyatt; sister, Kelly J. Bollinger and husband Gary of Uniontown; nephew, Tony W. Parrish; companion and close friend, Fred Hoff of Emmitsburg.
She was predeceased by long-time companion of 36 years, Richard L. Miller; brother, Forrest C. Ricketts; and a nephew, Randy L. Parrish.
Private graveside service and inurnment will be held at a later date at Haugh’s Church Cemetery in Ladiesburg. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Taneytown, MD.
