Andrea Jeannette “Jenni” Mooney, age 38, of Lusby, Maryland died suddenly on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at her home.
Born October 4, 1972 in Takoma Park, Maryland she was the daughter of Margaret L. (Trageser) Gurick of Westminster and Andrew J. Pawlack, Jr. of Glen Burnie. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Richard J. Mooney.
Andrea was an avid Washington Redskins Fan, and loved her collection of Tigger memorabilia. She loved spending time with her children and family.
Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are children, Adam C. Schaefer and Sherryleigh A. Mooney both of Lusby, Maryland; siblings, Michele David and Marlena Calobong of Annapolis, Elizabeth Richards of Westminster, Nikki Pope of Pasadena, Angela Story of Conway, S.C., Michelle King of Glen Burnie, Christina Pawlack of Severn, Priscilla Pawlack of Glen Burnie, Samantha and Sebastian Pawlack both of Hedgesville, W.Va.; 10 nieces, 8 nephews, 3 great-nephews and 1 great-niece expected.
A funeral service will be celebrated at 1 PM, on Wednesday, January 5, 2010 at the Southern Calvert Baptist Church in Lusby, Maryland with the Rev. J. Larry Steen, Rev. Pat Packett, and Pastor Steven Fehrman co-officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11 AM until the time of service at the church on Wednesday. A luncheon will follow the service at Solomon Vol. Fire Hall in Lusby.
