Patricia Wolfe Bell

November 18, 1933 — January 31, 2017

Patricia Wolfe Bell, 83, of Westminster, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Lorien in Taneytown, MD.  Born November 18, 1933 in Baltimore, she was the wife of the late Algard J. “Boots” Bell, to whom she was married for 27 years.  She was the daughter of the late James and Kathryn (Kirk) Wolfe.

Patricia was a Registered Nurse and worked for 30 years at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD.  She enjoyed playing piano, dancing -- both ballroom and ballet – and listening to classical music.  She loved her sister Judy, watching her daughters grow, and spending time with her family.  Some of her fondest memories were made on 48th Street in Ocean City.

Surviving are daughters, Kathryn Morley and husband Jack of New Windsor, Evelyn Logsdon of New Windsor, and Julia Hesson and husband Tim of Westminster; sister, Judith Allen and husband Jack of La Jolla, CA; grandchildren, Ryan Morley and wife Michelle of AZ, Michael Morley and wife Nicki, Amy and Daniel Logsdon, and Bryan and Kim Hesson, all of MD; step-children, Carol and Ralph Menton, Deborah and Bob Brannon, Susan Monroe, Patrice and Scott Murrell, Pamela Perkins, and Kathy and Jeff Green; nieces, Leisa and Allison Allen; 13 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by son-in-law, Bruce Logsdon, and step-daughter, Kim Thornton.

A memorial service to celebrate Patricia’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis St., Westminster, MD.  Inurnment will be private.  The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
